SVT Coworking Space

SVT hosts a small co-working space in San Francisco's Mission district for young companies and individuals involved in socially / environmentally responsible businesses. Rent includes an individual space for your sole use, 24/7 access, utilities, high speed internet, faxing, scanning, printing, and access to the conference room, conference room phone line, kitchen, and other common areas.

Our office has a wall of windows on the 2nd floor of a three story building on Alabama St at 19th St in the Mission, a 10 minute walk from BART. The space is near the Mission Cliffs climbing gym, Atlas Café, Coffee Bar, Café Gratitude, the Slow Club, Blow Fish Sushi, Universal Café, the Homestead and more.

The @1500 sq ft space features a full wall of windows, a brand new conference room that can fit up to 10, a kitchen area with sink, fridge, microwave, countertops, etc, new carpeting, shared bathrooms, a common guest space with couch and coffee table, and plenty of room to store bikes and other things. Except for about 200 sq. ft where our SVT workspace is and the spaces of our existing office mates, this is all shared space. The landlords are a wonderful caring couple who manage several large buildings in the area and really take care of their tenants.
